On the outside, the front of this version has a clean grille pattern with touches of chrome, a sleek rectangular headlight cluster, a redesigned front bumper, black skid plate, an upright hood, but no fog lamps. The lack of fog lamps and partial chrome treatment on the grille suggests this is either the base LXi or the mid VXi trim. The ORVMs are equipped with the direction indicators. At the rear, the split LED taillights are clearly visible, there is a redesigned bumper and skid plate, as well as a rear wiper and Hybrid badge. The sides show off the floating roof effect thanks to the black side pillars and the muscular wheel arches for that SUV-like look.

Inside, the layout is quintessentially Maruti with a flat-bottomed steering wheel, wheel-mounted controls, all four power windows, tweeters, a partial digital instrument panel, a small infotainment display, a redesigned center console with physical HCAV controls and rectangular AC vents, there is no Start/Stop button indicating it could be the VXi trim, there are buttons for traction control and the ORVMs. Judging by the images here, it’s safe to assume that Maruti will equip even the mid-trim with plenty of modern features.
