We at ETimes have contacted Shefali Shah, who plays Alia’s mother in the film. When we told her on Twitter about some men’s anger, Shefali joked, “I don’t want to dignify this with a comment.”
A few days ago, Alia had spoken to us on a variety of topics, including “Darlings.” For those who missed the interview, watch the video below:
In ‘Darlings’, Alia plays Badrunissa, a victim of domestic violence, who wants revenge on her husband Hamza (Vijay Varma) for mistreating her. The film is directed by Jasmeet K Reen.
