Chinmayi shared two photos on her social media accounts showing her babies’ hands in her hand. Announcing their names in the caption, the singer wrote, “Driptah and Sharvas. Chinmayi’s husband Rahul, an actor and filmmaker, also posted a similar post on his Instagram account. Fans and friends showered the couple with good wishes and congratulated them. Actor Kalyani Priyadarshan wrote, “My heart! Take it! God bless.” Actor Sundeep Kishan commented on three heart emojis.

In her next post, Chinmayi responded to all those people who messaged her asking if she had given birth to her babies through surrogacy. She also said she will not be revealing her children’s faces on social media anytime soon. She wrote, “I absolutely love these people who DM me if I had twins through a surrogate just because I didn’t post pictures of my pregnancy. Only the ones inside me knew because I was protecting myself.”

She added: “I was and will always be wary of my personal life, my family, my circle of friends. Pictures of our children will also not appear on our socials for a long time.” Chinmayi also revealed that she sang a bhajan during her cesarean section when her twins entered the world. She added: “Keep a grip on that. More on this later. But for now this is enough.’
