Koffee With Karan: Aamir Khan says he and Kiran Rao ‘will always be a family’ | Web Series

Aamir Khan spoke about his healthy family dynamics with ex-wives Kiran Rao and Reena Dutta during his appearance on Koffee With Karan Season 7.

Aamir Khan has talked about his comparison to his ex-wives in Karan Johar’s show Koffee With Karan season 7. In the upcoming episode of the show, he talked about how his relationship with ex-wife Kiran Rao revolves around love and respect. During the candid conversation with Karan, Aamir shared that there should not be a “bitter moment” in his relationship. “I have the highest regard and respect for both of them. Hum log hamesha parivar he rahenge (We will always remain a family,” he said. Aamir was previously married to Reena Dutta before marrying Kiran Rao. He and Kiran announced their divorce last year and continue to co-parent their son Azad Rao Khan also has two children: son Junaid Khan and daughter Ira Khan from his first marriage.

Aamir also revealed how his relationships with his exes are not rocky as many think. “We all get together once a week, no matter how busy we are. There is a lot of genuine care, love and respect for each other,” he said.

Earlier, in the promo of Koffee With Karan 7, Aamir and Kareena saw Karan toasting during the show. During the show, Karan Kareena asked about the quality of sex you get after having babies. Kareena replied that he would know as he also has twins – Yash and Roohi of his own. Karan responded by saying that he cannot talk about such things while his mother is watching the show. Aamir quickly added, “Your mom doesn’t mind if you talk about other people’s sex life? Kaise sawaal pooch raha hai (What are these questions)?”

Aamir and Kareena will be part of the fifth episode of the current season, which airs Thursday on Disney+ Hotstar. They will next be seen in their upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha, which will be out on August 11. Directed by Advait Chandan, it is the official Hindi adaptation of the 1994 Academy Award-winning film Forrest Gump, starring Tom Hanks. It is co-produced by Aamir and Kiran.
