‘Koi… Mil Gaya’ actor Mithilesh Chaturvedi passes away after suffering heart ailment: Report

Hindi film actor Mithilesh Chaturvedi passed away late last night, August 3.

The actor reportedly breathed his last in Lucknow after suffering from a heart condition. News portals claim his passing comes shortly after he suffered a heart attack and moved to his hometown to recover.

Mithilesh’s son-in-law, Ashish Chaturvedi, confirmed the sad news in a social media post. He shared some of Mithilesh’s happy photos over the years and wrote a note that read, “You were the best father in the world. You didn’t treat me like a son-in-law, but loved me like a son. May God rest your soul.”


In his decades-long career, Chaturvedi had worked on some of the biggest Bollywood movies, including ‘Koi… Mil Gaya’ starring Hrithik Roshan, ‘Gadar Ek Prem Katha’ starring Sunny Deol, ‘Satya’, ‘Bunty Aur Babli’,’ Krrish’, ‘Language’, ‘Ready’, ‘Asoka’ and ‘Fiza’, among many others.

The actor is also reported to have landed a web series with Maninee De titled ‘Talli Joddi’. Last year, news broke that the actor had been roped in to the upcoming series. However, details about this were not disclosed.
