The new Mahindra Scorpio-N will be launched in India on June 27 and it might be the most anticipated launch of the year. Prior to the arrival of the SUV, several digital artists have shown their skills on it! On IG page »Gen-x designs”, we came across another digitally rendered model, showing the SUV in a new off-road avatar.

This digitally modified Mahindra Scorpio-N has been transformed into an all-terrain SUV. There are plenty of notable changes here. Bull bars have been added to the front, with integrated high-beam headlamps (tinted orange). The front bash plate has been reinforced to better protect the engine compartment when driving on off-road trails.

On the sides we see a new set of alloy wheels, shod with sturdy All-Terrain tires. The roof rails have been replaced by a new luggage rack on the roof, which also has some luggage attached to it! There’s also an integrated LED light bar on the front of the rear rack to better illuminate the path ahead during nighttime rides.

The chrome parts of the SUV – on the grille, door handles, window frames, etc. – have been darkened for a more rugged look. However, the side steps now have a bare metal finish. The double-peaked logo on the nose has been left untouched and even the front parking camera has remained.

This digital model has a bright yellow body color and looks unique and attractive. Let’s hope this serves as inspiration for someone, and that such a lifelike model shows up sometime in the future! It should be noted that Mahindra Scorpio-N will be available with powerful engines, so customizing one in an overlander is quite possible.

The soon-to-be-launched Mahindra Scorpio-N will be available with a choice between a 2.0L petrol engine and a 2.2L diesel engine. The petrol engine will deliver a peak power of 200 hp, while the oil burner will be available in two modes: 132 hp on the lower variants and 175 hp on the higher trim levels.

Transmission options include a six-speed manual and six-speed automatic transmission with torque converter, available on both engines. The SUV also gets an AWD option.
