Microsoft defends its $68 billion bid to buy Activision Blizzard by stating that the studio does not make “must have” games.

In a comment (opens in new tab) to the New Zealand Commerce Commission (thanks, RPS (opens in new tab)), Microsoft has brushed off competition concerns by essentially saying that Activision Blizzard doesn’t have great apps that could prevent competition from the company’s rivals.
