OnePlus is in full swing this year and we’ve already seen a number of OnePlus and Nord series devices this year. But there is no stopping; the company launches its next flagship – the OnePlus 10T – on August 3. Now there are rumors that the company is also working on another high-end smartphone.
Notable tipster Digital Chat Station suggests that OnePlus is working on a separate flagship for its home market, namely China. The smartphone, allegedly the OnePlus Ace Procould be a member of the Ace series, which was introduced in China earlier this year.
OnePlus Ace Pro for China and OnePlus 10T for the rest of the world
The tipster also sheds some light on the expected specifications of the upcoming OnePlus Ace Pro. Firstly, the smartphone would be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. It is said to come with 16GB of RAM and support for 150W fast charging. The specs indicate that the OnePlus Ace Pro is a renamed OnePlus 10T.
It wouldn’t be new to OnePlus as the Ace series already exists in China and one of the Ace members – the OnePlus Ace – has already made its way to India – the OnePlus 10R. So it wouldn’t be so shocking if the company launches the OnePlus 10T as OnePlus Ace Pro in China.
OnePlus 10T launches on August 3
The OnePlus 10T will make its global debut on August 3. The smartphone would be a successor to the OnePlus 10 Pro. It has been confirmed to come with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. Rumors suggest that 150W fast charging support is also one of the features. And it can come with a 50MP triple camera setup.
