Poco F4 5G, X4 GT smartphones to launch today: How to watch live stream and what to expect

poco plans to expand its smartphone range with two new mid-range smartphones. The Chinese company will host a launch event to showcase the Poco F4 5G and the X4 GT for the world market. The virtual event will take place on June 23 (today) at 5:30 PM and will be streamed live on the company’s official YouTube channel. The company has teased some of the key specs of both handsets ahead of their launch. Previous reports have suggested that the Poco F4 will be a reconstructed version of the Redmi K40S that was recently launched in China. While the Poco X4 GT should be the refreshed version of the Redmi Note 11T Pro.

The Poco F4 is expected to cost less than Rs 30,000 and is likely to compete with the recently released iQoo Neo 6 and the unreleased OnePlus Nord 2T. The Poco F4 5G is the successor to the Poco F3 smartphone and will be launched for the Indian market as the device is already listed on the e-tailer site flip card† Meanwhile, the Poco X4 GT will likely be available only to the European market initially and may arrive in India later. According to the company, the Poco F4 5G will go on sale from June 27, while the Poco X4 GT will go on sale from July 4.
Poco F4 5G Expected Specs
The Poco F4 5G smartphone is expected to feature a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is probably powered by the snapdragon 870 processor, paired with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.
The upcoming handset will feature a triple camera setup on the rear, including a 64MP primary camera with OIS support, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens and a 2MP macro sensor. Poco F4 may have a 20MP snapper on the front for selfies and video calls. The smartphone will likely pack a 4,500mAh battery that has been confirmed to support 67W fast charging.
Poco X4 GT Expected Specs
The Poco X4 GT is expected to get a 6.6-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD panel that also supports a 144Hz refresh rate. The smartphone may be powered by the Dimensity 8100 chipset which is supported with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.
The upcoming device will likely feature a triple rear camera setup that will be similar to the Poco F4 5G and this handset will also feature a 20MP front shooter for selfies and video calls. The Poco X4 GT is expected to pack a 5,080mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.
