Rashmika Mandanna’s Character Srivalli Likely To Be Killed In Pushpa: The Rule

Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna starring Pushpa: The Rise, which came out last December, turned out to be a blockbuster, breaking many records at the box office. Shooting for the second part of the film is expected to begin in July and fans of Allu Arjun are eagerly awaiting more updates on the action drama.

Now there are speculations that Rashmika’s character Srivalli will likely be killed off early for the Pushpa: The Rule sequel. The rumors have left Rashmika Mandanna’s fans disheartened.

The decision was made by the film’s director, Sukumar, after seeing the success of KGF and RRR, according to reports. Sukumar wants Pushpa: The Rule to be a pan-Indian film and so he has decided to cut down the role of Rashmika Mandanna and focus entirely on Pushparaj, played by Allu Arjun.

In the first part of the movie, Pushparaj married Srivali and in the second part, one of the goons will kill his wife. The rumored script of the film caused a stir on social media.

It is said that Pushparaj, Allu Arjun’s character, will travel to different forests to smuggle sandalwood and Srivalli’s character will not be in the picture. So, the makers have decided to reduce the role of Rashmika Mandanna in the film, according to reports.

Fahadh Faasil, who played the antagonist in Pushpa: The Rise, gets a full-fledged role in the second part. Like Faasil, the role of Anasuya Bharadwaj will also have more screen time.

Pushpa: The Rule is being funded by Mythri Movie Makers and the film is expected to be released by the end of this year.

On the work front, after Pushpa: The Rule, Rashmika Mandanna will next be seen in a movie starring Thalapathy Vijay.
