
Russia and Ukraine are swapping blame for an attack on a POW camp on Friday.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said on Friday that the deaths of dozens of prisoners in a prison held by Russia demonstrate the need for clear legal recognition that Russia is a state sponsor of terrorism.
“I especially appeal to the United States of America. A decision is needed and it is needed now,” he said in a video address late at night.
