Skoda July sales: Skoda Auto July wholesales up 44 pc at 4,447 units

Skoda Auto said on Monday that wholesale sales rose 44 percent to 4,447 units in July. The company had shipped 3,080 units to dealers by July 2021.

“This is usually the time when major purchases are delayed because it’s monsoon and put off until the holiday season starts. Still, we’ve clocked solid numbers on the backs of our India-made INDIA 2.0 cars, the Kushaq and the Slavia,” Zac Hollis, Brand Director of Skoda Auto India, said in a statement.

The Octavia and Superb are doing well in their respective segments, and the Kodiaq sold out quickly after its January launch, he added.
