Amba was in Kerala to announce the consumer offers for the car brand ahead of the Onam festival in Kerala.
The senior Tata Motors official said the improved customer experience allowed the brand to maintain a retention rate of over 72 percent, the highest in the country.
“Our products such as Tiago, Punch and Nexon are among the top 10 best-selling cars in Kerala. We are confident that the holiday season will boost our sales performance in the state and we aim to grow more than 40 percent in the second quarter of FY22, in this region,” Amba said in a release.
He said Kerala was critical to Tata Motors and in the previous year the state had emerged as the second best performing market for the company in terms of sales.
He also said the company doubled its sales network to 100 outlets last year and expanded its service centers to 51 stations and continues to aggressively expand its reach across the state.
“Tata Motors is consistently innovating in the after-sales arena, offering a two-wheeler-based rapid response service with its recently launched 18 EzServe units in the state to enhance the customer experience,” he said.
To celebrate Onam celebrations, the company is expanding offers up to Rs 60,000 on its cars and is offering priority delivery to customers.
