The verdict for the Coleen Rooney vs Rebekah Vardy is in after a long saga.
And nearly three years of drama, the outcome has now been reached Friday through a remote ruling, with Rooney winning the case.
According to the Huffington PostJudge Ms Justice Steyn released the ruling, saying it was likely that Vardy’s former agent, Caroline Watt, “undertook the direct act” of leaking stories to The Sun.
However, she also ruled that Vardy “approved” of the actions and was “actively involved” by sending screenshots.
She said: “Nevertheless, the evidence… clearly shows in my view that Ms. Vardy was aware of and condoned this behavior, and actively participated in it by directing Ms Watt to the private Instagram account, her screenshots of the sending messages from Ms. Rooney and drawing attention to items of potential press interest, and answering additional questions from the press through Ms. Watt.
“In my view, the conclusions I have drawn are as to the extent to which Plaintiff was involved in disclosing information to The Sun that she had access to only as an authorized follower of an Instagram account of which she knew, and Ms Rooney repeatedly claimed , was private, it suffices to show that the single meaning is essentially true.”
It’s ……… Rebekah Vardy’s account.

Coleen Rooney has won the ‘Wagatha Christie’ libel battle with Rebekah Vardy.
Rooney’s social media post was “substantially true” – Vardy “knew about, approved of and was actively involved” in leaks to the media by her agent, the Supreme Court has ruled.
