Volkswagen’s official statement regarding Taigun AC issues

In recent weeks, owners of VW Taigun, Skoda Kushaq and Slavia have reported problems with the air conditioning system. Volkswagen has now released an official statement addressing customer complaints.

Official statement:

We want to assure you that the AC systems in our cars are designed to provide maximum comfort while maintaining optimum fuel efficiency. We follow strict quality control protocols and AC efficiency is also checked for each model. We request that you do not have any concerns about our products and services.

Zac Hollis, Director, Sales and Marketing, Skoda India, also responded to a customer on Twitter.

“We are aware of this concern from some customers and our engineers are working on a solution. Once it’s ready, the Service Centers will contact you,” he said.
